Relationship Manager
Hometeam Solutions is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Relationship Manager to help move our deals from contract to close. This role is responsible for building and maintaining buyer relationships, marketing properties, negotiating offers, and making sure opportunities move quickly and efficiently through the pipeline.
This is a fast-paced sales role that requires strong communication, urgency, follow-up, and the ability to overcome objections. We are looking for someone competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance and income growth.
You will work closely with investors, buyers, agents, and our team to help maximize deal flow and profitability while creating a smooth experience for everyone involved.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell investment properties to buyers and investors
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships
- Negotiate offers and help get deals across the finish line
- Follow up consistently to keep deals moving
- Coordinate with acquisitions and operations teams
- Track activity and update CRM daily
- Help improve processes and drive revenue growth

Compensation:
Base + commission structure with strong earning potential.
