What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized treatment plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Ensure patient safety and maintain a therapeutic environment.
Offer support and education to patients and their families.
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Nevada.
Previous behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Calm under pressure, with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
