What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to new losses and customer needs
- Conduct site inspections, develop project scopes, and manage water mitigation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate technicians, equipment, subcontractors, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Monitor drying progress, moisture readings, project quality, and profitability
- Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, reports, and job records using company software
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance professionals, property managers, and referral partners
- Lead and mentor water damage technicians in the field
- Build and maintain professional relationships that support customer satisfaction and business growth
- Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional project revenue
- Schedule and coordinate jobs, personnel, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Water mitigation, restoration, construction, or related project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working directly with customers, insurance professionals, or property managers
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as driving company vehicles is an essential function of this position
- Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a customer-focused attitude
Required Qualifications
- IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, or related certifications
- Experience using moisture meters, drying equipment, and restoration software
- Restoration industry leadership experience
- Experience with insurance-related restoration projects
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces when needed
- Ability to perform site inspections in varying environmental conditions
