Club Pride Dallas Illinois is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance and custodial services, ensuring that all areas of the club are well-kept and presentable. This role is essential in providing a positive experience for all who visit our facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with commercial and industrial cleaning projects as needed, following safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain equipment used for cleaning and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Support residential painting tasks when required to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Experience in custodial work with an emphasis on commercial cleaning environments.
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
- Ability to maintain a clean workspace while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
