Farnsworth Realty & Management is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Inspector to support our property management operations. This position is responsible for conducting move-out inspections, documenting property conditions, photographing rental homes, and coordinating closely with the Maintenance and Leasing teams to ensure efficient tenant turnovers. The ideal candidate is organized, technology-savvy, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple properties throughout the Phoenix Metro Area.
Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly with vehicle

Responsibilities:
Property Inspections

Conduct inspections of rental properties.

Verify tenant possession has been surrendered and the property is vacant.

Document property condition using company inspection software.

Take clear, comprehensive photographs of all rooms, fixtures, appliances, and any damage or maintenance concerns.

Identify items requiring cleaning, repairs, replacement, or vendor attention.
Tenant Turn Documentation

Complete detailed inspection reports accurately and promptly.

Upload photos, notes, and documentation into the property management system.

Communicate findings to Maintenance and Leasing Managers.

Ensure all inspection records meet company standards and timelines.
Property Readiness Coordination

Perform follow-up inspections to verify completion of work orders and vendor services.

Report safety hazards or unexpected property issues.

Confirm properties are rent-ready before marketing and leasing activities.
Field Support

Conduct periodic property visits as requested.

Place and remove lockboxes, keys, signs, and other property-related materials when needed.

Maintain professional interactions with tenants, owners, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in property management, maintenance, inspections, or a related field is helpful but not necessary.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify property condition issues.

Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Valid Arizona driver's license and good driving record.

Ability to lift to 20 pounds and perform tasks that include walking, climbing stairs, and using a ladder.
