What you can expect:
The Boise Endoscopy Department sees all adult and pediatric cases for multiple types of procedures. Our downtown campus is the Advance Center for ERCP and EUS, EBUS procedures for the St Luke system in the Treasure Valley. Along with these procedures we are also experienced in Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGDs both urgent and emergent cases as well as elective cases. Our nurses are well rounded providing care in pre-op, Intra-op and post-op management.
Sign On Bonus: $10k for full time and $4k for part time (new hires)
Schedule Option 1 (PART TIME): 0.4 FTE (32 hours per pay period) Position will work 4 (8) hour shifts per pay period- Monday-Friday. Varied days off based each week on procedure schedule. Shift start times will vary from 0730 to 0830 each day.
Schedule Option 2 (Full Time): 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period) 4 (9) hour shifts each week. Shift will most likely be 0800 to 1730 (could change based on procedure schedule).
Call required: Minimal call for weekends, holidays and rarely overnight. Back up call is required as well. Back-up call is 2 weekend days every 12-16 weeks. Shifts (0700-1930). Call response time is 30 minutes.
Job Description Qualifications

Education: Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN)

Experience: 1+ years Endoscopy experience or 2+ years Critical Care experience (ED, SICU, MICU, TELE) required. Will also consider an RN with 3-4 years Med Surg/Telemetry experience.

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice, BLS is required.
