As a AT&T Customer Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to identify their needs, present customized telecommunications solutions, and ensure a high-quality experience aligned with AT&T brand standards and customer engagement best practices.
Your main responsibilities as an AT&T Customer Sales Representative:
- Engage with prospective clients and support the AT&T Customer Sales Representative team in driving customer engagement through outreach efforts and lead generation activities.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations as a AT&T Customer Sales Representative, ensuring strong customer engagement through clear communication of features and benefits.
- Focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions while maintaining consistent customer engagement throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with leadership and other AT&T Customer Sales Representative team members to strengthen customer engagement strategies and improve performance outcomes.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information while supporting ongoing customer engagement tracking and reporting.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms as part of your AT&T Customer Sales Representative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and professionalism.
- Enhance overall customer experience by resolving inquiries promptly and ensuring strong post-sale customer engagement and satisfaction.
