We are seeking for passionate Recruiters to join our team, with multiple positions opens, including HR Recruiters and HR Recruitment Lead. Join our current team and experience what 'strategic recruitment' process is about, in a very methodical, professional and 'people centered' environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient and effective recruiting strategies and methods.
- Understand technical and role-specific requirements from customers in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnologies).
- Execute accurate profiling and sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
- Oversee the candidate full recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Maintain clear and strong communication with candidates ensuring a positive experience to guarantee candidate engagement.
- Perform job fit analysis, provide insights and recommendations on candidate suitability for roles.
- Submit candidate profiles into customer HRIS and actively participate in team meetings to ensure alignment and effective staffing decisions.
- Ensure ATS and visual management tools are up to date, providing reliable candidate data to support sourcing, selection, and team recruitment planning.
Qualifications and Education:
- BA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven work experience as Recruiter or similar role in the manufacturing industry (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnologies.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Bilingual written and spoken (Spanish and English).
