Production Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: $23.50 - $24.00
About the Role
We are hiring a Production Technician to support our operations team in diagnosing, repairing, and testing computer hardware and components. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality and performance standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on technical experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working with tools, and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and diagnostics on servers and electronic components
- Troubleshoot technical issues and complete required documentation
- Repair or replace components as needed
- Disassemble and reassemble units following work instructions
- Use tools and test equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Inspect products to ensure quality and proper labeling
- Enter repair and test data accurately into internal systems
- Communicate recurring issues to engineering and quality teams
- Support continuous improvement through data collection and analysis
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of technical repair or production experience required
- Experience debugging and testing electro-mechanical assemblies required
- A+ Certification is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows environment)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
