Overview of Role
Our handcrafted ice cream is made with care, creativity, and the highest-quality ingredients. But great ice cream alone isn’t enough. The guest’s experience depends on the warmth, energy, and attention of the person serving it. The Associate is the face of our brand: the one who greets, guides, and delights customers so every visit feels memorable.
This role is more than scooping, it’s about curating an experience, telling the story behind our flavors, and making each guest feel valued. Your enthusiasm and professionalism directly influence whether a customer becomes a loyal fan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every customer
- Prepare and serve handcrafted ice cream and related menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow store standards and procedures
- Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work between 11:30 AM and 12.00 PM
