Medical Front Desk Receptionist
SOS PHYSIO is looking for a well experienced front desk Receptionist for a physical therapy clinic with at least 2 years experience AS A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST and enjoys engaging with patients. All that is needed to work at the clinic. This individual should enjoy solving patients problems and be comfortable communicating information to them both in conversation and in writing. The role requires for someone to be meticulous and reliable. They must ensure that nothing gets left behind. MUST BE BILLINGUAL IN English /Spanish MUST HAVE 2 + YEARS MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE._
- Scheduling Appointments on WEB PT , implement ideas and ways that ensure that the schedule stays full
- Checking insurance coverage/benefits with carriers
- Completing all patient intake forms, md prescriptions and scanning them into WebPT)
- Data entry into WebPT ( new mds, scanning in daily sign in sheets)
- Following up with all progress notes between therapist and Doctors, to ensure current plans of care are on file
- General facilities upkeep, including ensuring supplies are stocked and ordered.
