We are looking for a skilled Pump Foreman to lead field crews in the setup, operation, and maintenance of pumping systems on active construction sites. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to keep operations running efficiently and safely.
- Lead and supervise pump crews on daily operations

Install, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and dewatering systems

Ensure proper setup of hoses, piping, and connections for fluid transfer

Coordinate daily tasks with the Superintendent and Project Manager

Monitor pump performance and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues
-
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations

Train and mentor crew members on equipment and procedures

Track and report daily production, equipment usage, and any issues

Assist with mobilization and demobilization of pumping systems
- 3+ years of experience in civil construction or pumping/dewatering operations

Prior experience in a leadership or foreman role preferred

Strong understanding of pumps, hoses, pipelines, and fluid systems

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Ability to read basic plans and follow project specifications

Strong communication and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, if required)
- Experience with trenching, utilities, or excavation support systems

Familiarity with diesel-powered pumps and electric pump systems

Knowledge of site safety procedures and hazard recognition
