The Role
We are currently seeking full-time Bakers to execute our production standards every morning — every batch to recipe, daily targets met, the same result every time. This is high-volume, physical, early-morning work, and we are upfront about that. Full-time with paid time off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mix, bake, and finish cakes to recipe and portioning standards — consistency batch after batch
- Scale ingredients accurately and hit the daily production schedule
- Record daily waste and yield for the Head Baker
- Rotate stock (FIFO); label and date all product and manage shelf life
- Support the Head Baker in planning capacity for large and custom orders
- Support and deliver training for new bakery team members
- Maintain a clean and organized assigned station and follow all food safety guidelines
- Complete opening setup and end-of-production duties for your assigned area
Requirements
- MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
- 1+ year of bakery, kitchen, or high-volume production experience
- Consistent, repeatable execution — the same result every batch
- Comfortable with basic recipe maths — scaling batches and weighing to spec
- Comfortable with early morning starts
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Weekend availability required
