As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Site Manager to join our dynamic and high-capacity team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager who is passionate about serving our clients. As part of our field leadership, the Construction Site Manager will be responsible for site production/schedule, safety, cleanliness, quality control, and subcontractor supervision. This position performs primarily in the field and ensures work is in line with plans, specs and local, state and federal building codes. The position is responsible for communicating on-site activities, progress and issues to the Project Management staff. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, detail-driven, proactive, brings industry expertise, is highly communicative and has the ability to align projects with company goals for quality, safety and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily site work and subcontractor operations
- Verify quality and manage punch list tasks
- Ensure site safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Attend and pass site inspections
- Coordinate and manage site materials
- Be proactive in problem-solving and ensure all work stays on schedule
- Scheduling and oversight of Subcontractors
- Track and report daily progress, photos, and key activities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to achieve common goals
- Perform minor clean-up and punch list items
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of field construction experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction specifications and schematics including Structural, MEP, Civil and ROW
- Proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors
- Working knowledge of construction sites, including grading and underground utilities
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills and documentation skills
- Interpersonal skills – ability to engage with clients, internal team members and subcontractors in a constructive and productive way to achieve results
- Knowledge of local building code, State and Federal construction laws and regulations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
