Part Time Financial Analyst
Bish Creative Display, located in Lake Zurich, IL, is an award-winning merchandising and marketing manufacturer partnering with many well-recognized retail brands. We are a creative and results-driven team dedicated to helping clients succeed in retail environments. We are seeking a Part-Time Financial Analyst who will support financial reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Analyze, compare, and evaluate freight expenses across multiple carriers.
· Analyze and monitor storage expense trends
· Develop and maintain financial reports related to freight and logistics.
· Conduct forecasting, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc analysis.
· Support special projects that enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
· Perform sales tax analysis and ensure compliance across states and jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
· Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred).
· 2+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain roles (preferred).
Position Details:
· Part-time: 25–30 hours per week, with potential to grow to full-time within 12 months.
· Schedule: 3–4 days per week; flexible workdays.
· Work Model: In-office for first 2 months; primarily remote thereafter.
· Benefits: 401(k) with company match.
· Location Requirement: Must be able to commute or relocate to Lake Zurich, IL.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
