Assembly Workers Duties:
- Component Assembly — Build, mount, and install mechanical and electronic parts used in ATM and banking technology units.
- Blueprint & Work Instruction Following — Read and follow detailed production instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Hand & Power Tool Use — Safely operate drills, drivers, torque tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Line Support — Stage parts, load components, and keep assembly lines supplied to maintain production flow.
- Quality Verification — Inspect completed assemblies for defects, alignment, and correct installation.
- Final Unit Preparation — Prepare finished units for testing, packaging, or movement to the next production department.
Repair Worker Duties:
- Diagnostic Evaluation — Inspect returned or malfunctioning ATM components to identify issues or failures.
- Component Repair & Replacement — Repair, rebuild, or replace defective parts to restore full functionality.
- Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting — Use testing tools and repair procedures to resolve wiring, circuitry, or mechanical problems.
- Reassembly & Testing — Reassemble repaired units and perform functional tests to ensure they meet Diebold standards.
- Documentation — Record repairs, parts used, and diagnostic results in Diebold’s tracking systems.
- Production Support — Work closely with assembly and quality teams to ensure repaired units re‑enter production correctly.
