Duties
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to meet client needs.
- Provide advanced services such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, tattooing, botulinum toxin treatments, and hair styling.
- Manage client consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and retail products that enhance their beauty goals.
- Utilize salon management software such as Millennium and MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
- Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building an online community around our brand.
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, appointment bookings, product demos, retail sales, and answering client inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines and beauty tools while upselling relevant products to boost revenue.
- Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, nail care techniques, hair threading, straight razor shaving, and med spa innovations to provide cutting-edge treatments.
- Support team collaboration through effective communication skills while maintaining a lively atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
- Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin procedures, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to esthetic practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in retail sales techniques with a focus on upselling skincare products and treatment packages.
- Ability to perform additional services such as makeup application, nail care, hair styling or barbering is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments at the front desk while maintaining a lively guest-focused environment.
