Construction Superintendent – High-End Retail Construction (Bilingual Required)

CPM Builders is a growing commercial general contractor specializing in high-end retail interiors for some of the world's most recognized luxury and premium brands. We are looking for a bilingual Construction Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of projects, and consistently delivers outstanding quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
As the Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader responsible for every aspect of field operations, including:
- Managing day-to-day construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Leading subcontractors to achieve project milestones safely and on schedule.
- Maintaining project schedules and coordinating all field activities.
- Ensuring exceptional workmanship that meets luxury retail standards.
- Conducting daily safety inspections and enforcing OSHA regulations.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Coordinating inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
- Preparing daily reports and maintaining complete project documentation.
- Building strong relationships with clients, landlords, architects, and project teams.
- Working closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve field challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
- Minimum 5 years managing high-end retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or commercial interior construction projects.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). This position requires daily communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and multilingual field teams.
- Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and aggressive construction schedules.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout Florida and other project locations as needed.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or overnight shifts when required by project schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury retail brands.
- Experience working in occupied malls, airports, hospitality, or Class A commercial spaces.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
