Role Overview
The Style Associate is the heart of the in-store experience at THE SOCO HOUSE. This person welcomes guests, helps customers find pieces they feel confident in, keeps the floor looking beautiful, and supports the everyday flow of the boutique.
This role is not just folding clothes and saying, 'let me know if you need anything.' We are here to help people feel styled, seen, and confident.
Responsibilities
· Greet customers and create a warm shopping experience
· Help customers pull outfits, try new styles, and feel confident
· Assist with sales and customer checkout
· Own the cash wrap area and keep it clean, stocked, and polished
· Help tag, steam, and prepare new inventory for the sales floor
· Restock and straighten merchandise throughout the day
· Help maintain floor cleanliness and overall store vibe
· Support styling sessions and private shopping appointments
· Model clothing for content when needed
· Help track supplies such as bags, tags, tissue, stickers, receipt paper, and other store materials

· Friendly, helpful, and confident with customers
· Interested in fashion and personal style
· Able to work weekends, events, and busy shopping hours
· Detail-oriented and willing to jump in where needed
· Comfortable suggesting outfits and giving honest but kind feedback
· Reliable, team-minded, and ready to work
Bonus Points For
· Retail sales experience
· Styling experience
· Social media or modeling comfort
· Canva or content support skills
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
