Our client is seeking a Project Manager – Land Development to lead projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Managing land development projects from concept through construction
- Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinating with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
- Preparing proposals and supporting business development
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 6–12+ years of land development experience
- Experience managing site development projects
- Strong client and project management skills
