Eagle Concrete, a commercial concrete contractor for more than 50 years, is looking for an experienced Concrete Foundation & Sitework Estimator to join our established team in Batavia.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Perform on-screen plan takeoffs for building foundation and sitework projects
- Review project specifications
- Obtain and negotiate vendor quotes
- Prepare and issue proposals to customers
- Review project scope within contract documents
- Participate in job start process
- Provide change order pricing to project management team
- Analyze project results upon completion and identify methods and strategies for future estimating improvement.
This position is in-office only (not remote or hybrid), Monday through Friday.
Applicants must be currently located in Illinois and familiar with Illinois construction practices.
Skills & Experience
- 3-Years concrete estimating experience required
- Organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Most importantly, must be an enthusiastic, team oriented, self-starting and dependable professional with strong management skills and a can-do attitude
