Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle monetary transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow all safety and health regulations in handling food and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs and requests
- Knowledge of cash register operation and basic math skills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
