Title: IT Full Stack Developer III
Duration: 13 – 16 month contract (conversion to full-time possible but not guaranteed)
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site first 90 days; WFH permitted Wednesdays and Fridays thereafter)

Key Responsibilities
· Technical Leadership and Problem-Solving: Develop and implement complex solutions across the application stack, ensuring seamless functionality and driving efficiency that empowers the organization to achieve its goals, while mentoring junior developers in troubleshooting methodologies.
· Strategic Communication: Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and guide cross-functional teams in achieving strategic objectives.
· Solution Development and Delivery: Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions while following best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns. Lead code reviews, contribute to technical roadmaps and decisions about technology stack evolution.
· Technology Strategy and Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks, create proof-of-concepts, and develop implementation strategies that align with business objectives. Participate in the adoption of new technologies that provide competitive advantages.
· Enterprise System Architecture: Design and implement robust integration architectures, establishing patterns for system interoperability, data consistency, and scalability across the enterprise technology ecosystem.
· UX Strategy and Platform Design: Support front-end architecture patterns and standards while leading initiatives to modernize user interfaces. Develop process of collecting metrics and processes for measuring and improving application performance and user satisfaction.
· Supporting Digital Transformation: Contribute to modernization efforts by architecting solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies, microservices, and modern development practices.

Required Skills & Experience
· Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
· Strong expertise in SQL/T‑SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning).
· Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
· Advanced knowledge of database architecture, optimization, and distributed systems.
· Proficiency in Angular or equivalent modern front‑end frameworks, with deep understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, and web performance optimization.
· Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and workflow management.
· Strong foundation in object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns.
· Proven ability to design scalable, high‑performance enterprise systems.
