Asist the branch manager in all necessary aspects of branch operations. Ensures financial results to plan through the proper execution of company policies and procedures. Produces consistent customer growth through effective lending and collections practices, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Helps developing co-workers to perform their duties skillfully.
Responsibility:
Loan Balance growth meets or exceeds company target.
Customer growth meets or exceeds company target.
Revenue meets or exceeds company target .
All accounts placed out for recovery in a timely manner.
All policies and procedures relating to theft prevention are followed without fail.
Helps in passing all corporate and state audits.
Helps maintaining the facility and grounds are clean and inviting.
Helps maintaining the office organized and uncluttered.
Reports any facility issues in order to maintained and protect the safety of coworkers and customers.

Pay: $11.50 - $13.00 per hour
