We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Absolut Care of Allegany in Allegany, NY. About the Role:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in the daily care and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication administration
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for our residents
Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting (training and orientation provided for new hires)
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
