Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, utilizing project management software such as Primavera P6 and Procore.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project progression.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, processing change orders, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid and other construction estimating tools.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; interpret technical drawings including Civil 3D files and construction plans for accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate project documentation including contracts, permits, regulatory compliance reports, and progress reports using Prolog or similar project management systems.
- Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, resolve issues promptly, and motivate teams toward shared goals.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules by managing time effectively across multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor construction regulatory compliance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices.
- Proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid; familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D is a plus.
- Solid understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Construction site experience is essential for understanding on-the-ground challenges; commercial construction experience is highly preferred.
- Effective communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.

Pay: $92,646.07 - $111,573.77 per year
