We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for weekend shifts only.
Where: Madison, FL
When:
Saturdays 8am to 12 noon ...................4pm to 8pm
Sundays 8 am to 12 noon......................4pm to 8pm
Client Details:
This is a male client services are to be provided in the home. This client is in his 30's, non-verbal and wheelchairbound.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Light housekeeping with the client's assistance.
- Lift and assist clients as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the client's services when working as their provider.
- Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following established protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Background in caregiving or assisted living environments is advantageous.
- Experience in meal preparation and understanding dietary needs is beneficial.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour
