Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, cell phone, and emails to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Enter data accurately into platforms
- Create estimates
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships through phone call management and internal communication channels.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience
- Speak Spanish (Preferred but not required)
- Willing to learn
- Demonstrate acceptance of responsibility and accountability
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Self-Motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze logistical data for process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
- High level of attention to detail combined with strong typing skills for accurate data entry.
