Position Summary:
Reporting to the Admissions Operations Administrator, the Admissions Operations Coordinator supports the university’s admissions process by working closely with admissions directors and counselor teams to manage and improve workflows within the university’s CRM system. This role helps ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students by developing effective procedures, coordinating resources, and improving day-to-day operations to support the university’s enrollment goals.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Work closely with admission directors and counselors to facilitate the admissions process for either the Traditional Undergraduate, Degree Completion, or Graduate / Seminary student populations and recruitment teams.

Be knowledgeable of Colleague, Slate dashboards, and data reports

Be the main point of contact for Admissions Operations questions relating to designated student population

Update student profiles in Colleague and Slate

Collaborate with Admissions Director to expedite files for admission

Provide regular updates on the status of applications to program directors

Coordinate with program directors to facilitate the review of applications and the decision-making process

Assist with occasional regional recruitment events

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
$39,520 to $46,800 is the annual starting salary for this role and reflects what Fresno Pacific University reasonably expects to pay for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to compensation, FPU offers a competitive benefits package.
