Print & Mail Operations Specialist
Position Overview
Join a fast-paced print and fulfillment operation where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality print, mail, shipping, and customer support services. You'll operate production print equipment, manage mail and shipping activities, maintain office technology, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Operate high-volume print, finishing, and mail processing equipment.
- Process shipping, receiving, and mail distribution activities.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on printers, copiers, and related equipment.
- Monitor production quality, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support customers by answering questions, providing status updates, and resolving issues.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with ordering materials when needed.
- Deliver completed work throughout the facility and support conference room or building service needs as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in print production, mail services, shipping/receiving, document services, or a related environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues.
- Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
