Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
- Supervise and support clinical staff
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Promote quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives
- Conduct team meetings and communicate organizational updates
- Assist with compliance activities, audits, and incident reporting
- Provide direct patient care as part of your regular responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- At least 2 years of prior clinical leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- Passion for team development and operational excellence
- Occupational health, employee health, urgent care, or primary care experience

Pay: $151,000.00 - $189,000.00 per year
