Long- standing, stable, mid-size, Civil Litigation Law Firm, practicing in various areas of law, focusing on Civil and Business Litigation, is in need of an Experienced Paralegal to join the firm. If you are a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation and possibly have some experience in Business Law, we would like to talk to you.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- You must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work as a team
- Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure
Duties:
- Assisting Attorneys on an as needed basis
- Assisting in Case Management
- Working with Clients and opposing counsel
- Calendaring and scheduling
- Prepare pleadings and handling incoming and outgoing discovery
- E-filing in both State and Federal Courts
- Entering Attorney’s billable hours
