We are a family-owned, closed-door community and long-term care pharmacy in San Diego, and we are looking for 1 pharmacist who wants to help build something and potentially own a piece of it.

Who we are
Provision is a hybrid community & long-term care pharmacy serving care homes and a loyal community patient base.
What you'd actually do
- After training, take over and run the long-term care operation: cycle fills, scheduling, setup, and the day-to-day
- Build and grow facility relationships. Bring in new business, not just maintain what exists
- Wear many hats in a small shop. Some days that means running the floor, some days strategy, some days whatever the team needs
- Grow into PIC, then a real partnership path for the person who earns it
Who we're looking for
- A builder. You think about growth, margin, and new business, not just keeping the compliant
- An operator. You're comfortable running things hands-on
- Hunger with ownership/partnership mindset. Able to also think like a business owner , not just an operator.
- Loyalty, integrity, and humility, is weighted higher than credentials. We hire character first and can teach the rest
- Long-term care experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train.
Requirements
- Active California Pharmacist license (RPh) in good standing
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- The builder-and-operator mindset above. Long-term care and DigitalRx experience are a plus, not a requirement
