Truss Builder
S Bar S Building Center is seeking a skilled Truss Builder to join our construction team. In this full-time position, you will cut and assemble roof trusses that meet the structural and needs of our diverse projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality construction solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Utilize the truss machinery to construct roof trusses according to specified designs and blueprints.
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks on materials and finished trusses to maintain high production standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, materials used, and design changes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proficient in using woodworking tools and machinery (e.g., saws, routers, nail guns).
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
· Must be able to carry 50lbs
· Pre-employment drug screen
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience truss building and/or carpentry related field.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations relevant to roof truss construction.
