UNC'S Pizza is seeking experienced Lead Bartender.
This is a leadership position for hospitality professionals who want to help build and shape a new restaurant from the ground up. Lead Bartenders will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping oversee nightly bar operations and supporting the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead bar operations during service
- Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and professionalism
- Train and mentor bartenders and service staff
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and organization
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with all liquor regulations
- Help oversee restaurant operations after management departs
- Maintain high hospitality and service standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience preferred
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
