Pay Breakdown: $50/hr taxable + $1,505 weekly tax-free stipend

Schedule: 4×10s | 40 hours/week
Shift: Primarily Nights, 8:30 PM–6:30 AM
Occasional Day Shift: 10:15 AM–8:45 PM
Schedule: Rotating days, generally 8 days on / 6 days off
Weekend: Weekend coverage required
Call: No call
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Pharmacist to join the inpatient pharmacy team in Ukiah, CA. The Pharmacist will be responsible for reviewing and filling medication orders, monitoring medication therapies, providing drug information, identifying potential medication safety issues, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Verify and dispense medication orders accurately.
- Monitor patient medication therapies and identify potential drug-related issues.
- Provide drug information to physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Identify and troubleshoot medication safety concerns.
- Document clinical interactions and interventions appropriately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel.
- Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active California Pharmacist License required.
- 1+ year of inpatient pharmacy experience required.
- Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
- EPIC experience required.
- PharmD preferred.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- PALS required.
- Must be comfortable working primarily night shifts.
- Must be available for rotating weekends.
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day coverage may be required.
