Luxury Hotel Valet Attendant – Ann Arbor, MI
Location: Multiple hospitality properties in Ann Arbor
Potential Earnings: $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips
Starting Base Pay: $9.50 per hour, depending on property
Job Type: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly and dependable Valet Attendants for luxury hotels throughout Ann Arbor.
You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while providing professional guest service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and earning tips in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles.
- Assist with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
- Inspect vehicles and document existing damage.
- Organize keys and help manage traffic flow.
- Respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
- Protect guest privacy and maintain discretion.
- Keep the valet area clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow safety, uniform, attendance, and tip-reporting procedures.
- Support team members during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- No more than three moving violations within the past three years.
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Ability to remain calm in a busy environment.
- Availability to work assigned nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required.
Previous valet, hotel, restaurant, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, run, and remain active for extended periods.
- Enter and exit vehicles frequently.
- Lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work safely around moving vehicles.
