As the bridge between tactical execution and strategic employee relations, your days will be fast-moving and varied. You will:
Drive Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead the charge on recruiting for multiple brands, from creating engaging job descriptions to extending offers. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs while maintaining high standards.
Champion the Employee Experience: Partner with our HR Coordinator to ensure seamless onboarding, conduct meaningful new-hire check-ins, and manage stay/exit interviews to help us continuously improve.
Coach & Support Leaders: Serve as an accessible, trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, performance documentation, and employee relations.
Optimize HR Operations: Build out playbooks, SOPs, and workflows to help us scale, while ensuring compliance, data integrity in our ATS, and accurate HR metrics.

Experience: 4–7 years of progressive HR experience with a heavy emphasis on full-cycle recruiting. (Experience supporting multiple brands, business units, or a portfolio-model organization is a massive plus!)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (commensurate experience will be considered).
Credentials: PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly desired.
Skills: Strong mastery of talent acquisition best practices, employment law, and ATS management. You must have impeccable attention to detail balanced with a big-picture people mindset.
