We are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our Legal Inventory team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pull and clean inventory data from our case‑management system.
Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables) to match data and spot errors.
Build straightforward Excel dashboards that display case stages and closure rates.
Track team performance, flag any delays, and suggest quick fixes.
Produce clear, concise reports on case status and inventory trends.
Keep a simple log of how reports are created and update it when needed.
Assist with file reviews and status updates when requested.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the Legal Case Manager.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
2+ years of experience in a data‑focused role (e.g., data entry, reporting, analytics).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, basic formulas).
Comfortable using online databases and legal case‑management software.
Strong analytical skills—can spot patterns and explain them simply.
Good written and spoken English.
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Works well with others and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
