Acadia Insulation is a local, veteran owned and operated full-service insulation company based in Lewiston, ME. We install batt insulation, dense pack products and spray foam. We are the fastest growing insulation company in Maine, built on the quality of our work, unique values and workplace culture. We are looking for the right candidates to join our team. We are currently seeking skilled, insulation installers for all product lines. The ideal candidate will have experience working in insulation or construction and possess the ability to effectively install our insulation products to the highest standards in the industry. We will train the right candidates so no previous experience installing is necessary. This role requires an individual that is team oriented, self-motived and cares about the quality of their work.
Duties
- Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for installation tasks.
- Collaborate with subcontractors onsite, and work together to achieve the highest standards in our industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others onsite.
- Use scaffolding, ladders and stilts for jobs that require it.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insulation or related construction work is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Accountability, teamwork and integrity.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
