What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your primary goal is to build relationships and help customers find the information they need while setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries promptly
- Scheduling appointments for customers visiting the dealership
- Following up with prospective and existing customers
- Managing leads through our CRM and lead management tools
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
- Meeting and exceeding performance and appointment goals
- Building excitement and confidence before customers arrive at the dealership

- Excellent phone, text, and email communication skills
- Professional and confident demeanor
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred

- Clean driving record preferred

Compensation
Our Customer Care Representatives typically earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually. You will receive a base hourly pay, plus commissions and bonus opportunities.
