About Spirit Group
Spirit Group is seeking a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee our South Florida warehouse. This is a working manager position, meaning you'll be responsible for all day-to-day warehouse operations. You'll lead by example and be actively involved in receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment while ensuring everything runs efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage all daily warehouse operations independently
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
- Maintain warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs
- Work closely with our inside and outside sales teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or warehouse management experience
- Forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
