Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities in the daily life of our residents, including arts, crafts, games, and outings
Develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents
Collaborate with the recreation therapy team to create stimulating activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being
Assist in the maintenance of activity logs and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of resident participation and program outcomes
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff, fostering a sense of community and inclusive environment
