We are seeking a powerhouse, high-energy Restaurant General Manager / Operations Store Manager to spearhead the success of Patrones, Dunwoody’s premier new restaurant-club concept. This isn't just a standard daytime restaurant job—Patrones transitions into a high-volume, vibrant late-night venue, and we need a sharp, authoritative leader who can handle the heat.
In this pivotal role, you will hold total accountability for both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations. You will be the heartbeat of the venue, ensuring flawless execution from the kitchen line to the guest experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining an upscale atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Total Venue Leadership: Oversee all daily restaurant and late-night club operations, ensuring complete alignment, communication, and efficiency between the kitchen (BOH) and the service/bar teams (FOH).
- Team Building & Performance Cultivation: Recruit, interview, onboard, and rigorously train a high-performing team. Establish a culture of urgency, intelligence, and mutual respect, putting a swift end to workplace friction or complacency.
- Late-Night Operational Excellence: Manage operations during peak weekend and late-night hours, safely and efficiently managing the venue through its 2:00 AM close.
- Financial & Administrative Integrity: Oversee cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and labor/food cost controls with absolute accuracy.
- Tech & Inventory Mastery: Utilize POS systems and inventory software for real-time sales tracking, pricing adjustments, data-driven ordering, and waste reduction.
- Vibe & Brand Management: Implement localized marketing strategies and event promotions to drive foot traffic, maximize table turnover, and elevate the Patrones brand.
- Strict Standards Enforcement: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, safety compliance, security protocols, and health regulation standards across the entire venue.
- Vendor & Corporate Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with food/beverage suppliers and maintain transparent, proactive communication with ownership for continuous business improvement.
Requirements & Experience
- Proven Management Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on restaurant management experience, ideally in high-volume, upscale casual, or high-energy lounge/club environments.
- Dual-House Competency: Demonstrated success managing both front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house kitchen operations. You must speak the language of both chefs and bartenders.
- Elite Conflict Resolution: A proven track record of managing diverse personalities, eliminating staff drama, enforcing accountability, and fostering a sharp, fast-paced work ethic.
- Financial Literacy: Strong background in cash management, restaurant P&L, labor optimization, and budgeting.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work late-night closing shifts (past 2:00 AM), weekends, and holidays.
- Unrivaled Reliability: A personal reputation for being hardworking, highly organized, and punctual.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and commanding presence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a major plus for engaging with our staff and diverse clientele.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
