About Us
Legacy Golden Touch Enterprises is a fast-growing, multi-unit Midas Auto Service operator. We run high-volume automotive service centers across multiple markets and are building a best-in-class back office focused on accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting / Bookkeeping Specialist who understands real-world, daily operational accounting — deposits, AP, AR, reconciliations, and multi-entity workflows — not just theory.
What You’ll Do
This is an active, detail-driven role supporting daily operations and leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping and transaction entry in QuickBooks Online
- Maintain clean, organized digital records using Wicked File
- Invoice entry, coding, approvals, payment tracking
- Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Deposits, posting, discrepancy tracking, follow-ups
- Track and reconcile cash deposits across multiple locations
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and financial reviews
- Support accuracy across multiple entities and locations
- Identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, or variances early
- Support accounting leadership with reporting, audits, and documentation requests
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong bookkeeping fundamentals (debits, credits, reconciliations)
- Experience with AP / AR workflows
- Comfortable with high transaction volume
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Able to follow processes and deadlines without hand-holding
Preferred (Big Plus)
- Experience in automotive, retail, or multi-location operations
- Familiarity with Wicked File or similar document management systems
- Experience working with multiple LLCs / entities
- Understanding of cash-heavy or daily deposit environments

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
