Postition Overview
Travelin' Tom's Coffee is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team member to help deliver an unforgettable mobile coffee experience throughout the Cleveland area. As a Coffee Truck Team Member, you'll serve handcrafted beverages, interact with customers, and represent our brand at schools, businesses, festivals, sporting events, and private parties.

What You'll Do
- Safely drive the coffee truck to and from scheduled events.
- Arrive early to set up the truck, prepare equipment, and ensure everything is ready before customers arrive.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot, iced, frozen, and specialty beverages.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Tear down, clean, and secure the truck at the conclusion of each event.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
- Represent the Travelin' Tom's brand professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable driving a commercial-style vehicle (training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Brand Ambassador & Social Media
- Help create engaging content for our social media channels by taking photos and videos at events.
- Capture fun customer interactions, unique event setups, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Share ideas for social media posts, promotions, and community engagement.
- Represent the Travelin' Tom's brand with enthusiasm both in person and online.
- Encourage customers to follow us on social media, tag us in their posts, and leave reviews.
- Help us build lasting relationships within the communities we serve by creating memorable experiences that people want to share.
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $12.00/hour, plus 100% of your tips—because you earned them!
- Tips typically range from $50–$100+ per shift, bringing expected total earnings to $20–$30+ per hour.
- Flexible part-time schedule (approximately 20–30 hours per week), with opportunities to grow into a full-time role.
- Paid training—no coffee experience required! We'll teach you everything you need to know.
