Phillips Staffing is seeking a 1st shift CNC Operator to join the team at company in Fountain Inn that specializes in retail interior décor including the design, manufacturing, and installation!
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload equipment and materials (mainly wood materials)
- Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
- Familiarity with CNC Machines, especially working with wood materials
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm OR 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, some overtime on Fridays
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 /hr depending on exp
