Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients. As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are hygienic, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety standards through diligent cleaning and sanitation practices.
Responsibilities
- Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Dusting furniture or fixtures and report damages/need for repair
- Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops, and sinks
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats and rugs as needed
- Reporting breakages, damages, and safety issues for repair
- Disposal of trash and debris
- Deep cleaning of apartments as requested
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age to apply
- Must have a driver's license.
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check
