Primary Purpose
The Server and Bartender positions are primarily responsible for providing memorable experiences for our guests.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Demonstrate ability to:
1. Work in a team environment.
2. Read and follow written procedures.
3. Learn and perform in a multi-task environment.
4. Effectively work with guests and take care of their needs.
5. Take direction from others as well as work independently.
6. Comfortable working with cash and credit card transactions.
7. Maintain current required alcohol and food handlers permits and demonstrate knowledge of alcohol and health code regulations.
OTHER WORK REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Regular and punctual attendance.
4. Available to work shifts at varying hours as the need arises.
5. May require being on your feet for long periods of time.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motion. At times, includes working outdoors in various temperatures. This position includes work with sharp and hazardous equipment as well as work with phones, computers and other electronic equipment.
