All certifications must be current and not expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start date

Valid driver's license required for consideration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible

RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
